Although we are waiting for the weather to warm up, we are bearing closer to the summer months. So we all know what that means, the sweltering heat of the tube on your commute home, sweating buckets because your old fashioned office doesn't have air con, Or maybe it's just trying to stay cool on your summer vacation. Whatever you're doing this summer, you NEED to stay cool. So why not start with the warmest part of your body, your head. Here are 4 new styles, which are not only the coolest ones on the catwalks, but will also keep you cool. The Semi Buzz Cut. This is the most simple and fuss free hair cuts around. Unlike it's predoecessor, the buzz cut, the semi buzz cut leaves a small amount of hair on the head. This is perfect for any man, who is thining on top of the head. The short cut creates the appear of thicker hair on the head. The Semi Buzz Cut is fuss free, no styling required. Which is perfect for any man on the go. The Semi Buzz can also be worn in the office, unlike the Buzz Cut, which screams more 'badman' than 'businessman'. The look can be seen on the catwalks of London and Milan, and Givenchy was a huge fan.
Givenchy Model (Above) THE CHOPPY TEXTURED.

This look has evolved from the famous 1950's quiff style cut, which was a huge hit. Similar the quiff, this look uses the same 'Short, Back and Sides' look of the quiff. Although the Choppy/ Textured is shorter on the top of the head, and what makes this look different is the choppy/texture on the top. The Choppy/Textured is a moderate hairstyle to maintain. You simply just wash the hair, and while still damp use a textured putty or sea salt spray on the hair. Then use your hands to mess up the front, the idea is the messier the better. Burberry Model (Above) THE WET LOOK.

This look is one which takes a more upkeep than the first two. The look is often long, in particular the fringe, (Which you want not longer than below the eyebrow). Otherwise the hair will be too long for it to stay pushed back the way it does. To give the look a more groomed finished, blow dry the hair while combing back. Then add some textured salt spray to give it the 'wet' look. If you don't have a hair dryer to hand, simply spray the product onto your hands and push your hands through your hair, being aware to push back. Then leave the hair to dry naturally. Fendi Model (above) THE LONG HAIR LOOK.

This look, although on the out set looks like no care or effort is put into it. There is, and it's a lot. The long haired look is something which hit our catwalks in A/W 15 and has slowly made its come back. The main thing about this look is the washing technique. If you're washing daily, stray away from the shampoo. Using the shampoo daily causes the hair to become weak, and thin. which will make this look awful. Topman Model (above) Instead condition daily and shampoo 2-3 times a week, to achieve the desired look. For all these looks, simply describe the look you desire. The barber should know what you are talking about, but to save disaster, simply take a picture to show them the look that you want.
